Studio set-up for hand-printing "The Night Watch", woodcut in 12 colors from 5 blocks
Hand print that sucka!
Oh shit maybe I should just handprint my cuts so I dont get beveling from the etching press… BUT WHAT IF I SUCK AT IT AND MY PRINTS LOOK BAD UGH I GUESS I COULD STILL USE THE ETCHING PRESS BUT THEN ILL HAVE TO CUT THE GORGEOUS PAPER DOWN DAMNIT. But also if I use Japanese papers instead of something like Rives would that also avoid beveling from the press since the paper is thinner? Anyone??
